A free 5-hour, hands-on workshop to help you assess where you are, set meaningful goals, and build a personal plan for a more balanced life.

About the workshop
Discover Balance is a free five-hour workshop built around the Wheel of Wellness — a simple, holistic framework covering the physical, emotional, intellectual, social, spiritual, environmental, and occupational dimensions of a healthy life.
Together we'll explore how these areas connect, complete a personal self-assessment to see where things stand today, and identify your real strengths alongside the areas that could use a little more attention. From there, you'll use SMART goal-setting to turn that insight into a clear, personalised action plan you can carry forward long after the day ends.
It's a warm, supportive space. You'll reflect, share where you feel comfortable, and leave with practical strategies, fresh perspective, and a sense of community — plus a light lunch on the day.
Who it's for
This workshop is for anyone who feels stretched thin, a little out of balance, or simply ready to be more intentional about their wellbeing. No experience or preparation is needed — just an openness to reflect and a willingness to take the first step.
